This 1 hour and 12 minute LIVE Facebook class will teach you how to make a small or large, realistic Box Of Chocolates Cake, cookies and treats, just in time for you to take orders (or give as a gift) for Valentine's Day!

Supplies Needed:
•One heart shaped cake (any size).
•At least 2lbs of Fondant (Red).
•Mini Chocolate Chips and/or Candy Melts (1 must be dark or milk chocolate).

*You can also simply buy a box of your favorite chocolates*

•A pizza cutter, or sharp blade knife.
•An Icing Bag.
•Rolling Pin.
•Tylose/CMC powder.
•Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

*Optional: Edible Glaze (Confectioners Glaze) and Edible Gold Paint or powder color.
